Please follow this guideline for payment:
Listed below is the breakdown of the rates for childcare services. Fees must be paid in full on the(first day (Monday)) of service of each week unless arranged with the supervisor. No student will be allowed to participate in the program unless payment has been received or arrangements have been made with the supervisor. A late fee of $5.00 will be charged each week the fee is late. If payment in full is not received within one-week period, the child will not be eligible to participate in the program. If the parent has a problem with payment, the supervisor must be contacted. The supervisor will notify the parent of the late payments and the parent will be given a time frame for payment. If the parent does not follow the time frame, the Supervisor will dismiss the child from the program. In order to return you MUST clear your balance and submit another application.
There will be no refunds in the program and all fees will be based on a full week’s attendance. If the parent has a physician’s statement for the child’s absence, credit will be given for the following week but no refund will be given. There will be no other exceptions. No refunds will be given if the child does not attend the program. CHILDREN MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., a $1.00 late fee will be charged for every minute the parent is late. The child will be dismissed from the program if the late fee is not paid the following week or arrangements have not been made with the supervisor. If the parent is excessively late, the child will be dismissed. THIS POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
On in-service days, services will be offered. Therefore, if the child does not attend, there will be no reduction of the weekly fee. If the child attends for the full day, an additional charge will be recorded.During inclement weather, if the program is opened for at least one hour, there will be no refunds. However, if the program is closed and no services are provided, the fees will be applied to the next day or following week. After five consecutive days of absence and the parent does not inform the supervisor, children will be dropped from the program and the parent will be charged for those days. If parents withdraw from the program, they will be asked to reapply and complete a new application and all forms. Parents who wish to ensure a slot for their child must continue to make payments.
District employees will receive a 20% discount on weekly rates only. With the district discount the weekly rates are $68.00 (full day) and $48.00 (half day). There will be no discounts for picking up the child earlier than 6:00 p.m. and for not attending on days the center is open for care. Parents must pay for a full week of services unless the center closes for inclement weather, holidays or mandated school closings.
